Can you find out who a person is on myspace just from thier ip adress?

bc i got one of those myspace tracker things & it works but they dont tell me the full identity of the person itll just say "unknown" & they give me the ip adress but thats the only info they give

if yall know of other sites that actually work & show you the full myspaces of people that are looking at your page PLEASE tell me =]

Public IP address is assigned by the persons Internet Service Provider. Tracking an ip will only reveal the ISP, not the user. To find the user you have to ask the ISP and the ISP's keep that info confidential except when asked by the police.

I was wondering the same thing. I've tried a couple of trackers but it wouldn't tell me who exactly was visiting my profile, however I visited someone's profile and they managed to get to my profile from their tracker.
