What should i say to my friend?

well ok today my friend started an IM conversation and i could tell that something was wrong. she wouldnt tell me for the longest time. finally i got the idea that she could be cutting again so i asked her and she said that she has blades, pins, needles, cans, cigs, and anything else that can keep her mind off of what is really wrong. so i asked what was really wrong and of course she still didnt tell me again. finally she told me that theres a huge chance that she could have cancer...i didnt know what to say to her. i read a survey thing she took on myspace and it asked when was the last time she cried and she said tonight...well i cry every night...

so what the heck can i say to her to make her feel a little bit better tonight?? please help im still crying but i do not want her to know that

Tell her she should be glad to be alive. Unlike others who are giving up their lives over crazy things. Tell her, whatever happens to her, you'll always be there for her. Its not that hard. Try to help her through her problems by talking to her more and advising her in the steps that shes unsure about.

Get her to look on the bright side and say that she very well may not have cancer,even if it turns out she might,atleast thatll make her feel better for a while. If you can,you should hang out with her so she feels better but if not talk to her on the phone about good stuff to get her mind off of cancer
