im a girl and i was reading like those little fun surveys that ppl take on myspace n stuff..and so it asked if "you wear a bra to bed" r we saposed to or smthn..? how many ppl do that and y? wats the point?

Wearing underwear and bras to bed is bad. It is not healthy. You don't need to sleep with a bra on because you have to let your boobs relax. And you shouldnt wear underwear when you sleep because the vagina needs to breath.

I do most of the time, because I'm more comfortable that way. I've never heard of it being better on or off, so it's all personal preference.
