I'm taking a college course on adolescence and I need to compile data on how many hours the average teen spends on the following:
Homework
Talking on the Phone
Internet (MySpace, Facebook, etc.) non-school related
Listening to Music
Reading for pleasure
Sleeping
Watching Television

Reading for pleasure-4-5 hours
Sleeping-8hrs

Talking on the Phone: 30mins
Internet (MySpace, Facebook, etc.) non-school related: 1 1/2 hours.
Listening to Music: anytime if you have an mp3 player
Reading for pleasure: 3 hours
Sleeping: 8 hours
Watching Television: 30 mins
Teen Survey?One day:
Homework: 6 hrs.(A lot of AP homework and always studying)
Phone: 0 hrs.
Internet: 2 hrs.
Music:10 mins
Reading: 1 hr.
Sleeping: 6 hrs.
TV: 1 hr.
(these are weekday stats)
