Question about saying "i love you"?

me & my boyfriend have been going out for a month, and we say i love you alot, and we mean it. we love each other. but the other day on myspace he did a love survey thing ya know? and it said "are you in love?" and he said "no, im in likee lol" but he says he loves me but on the survey he said hes never been IN love.

if you say to your other i love you, doesn't that mean your in love? now im confused about himm >:l

Teenagers say 'I love you' more than anybody I know. They have a way of just throwing it around without really caring. I hate to say it but I doubt the two of you are in love after a month. You both probably really, really like each other, which at times may feel like love, but it's not. Either that or you're both just very obsessed with the idea of love and therefore feel that you have to say it all the time.

I think you two do just really like each other. Love will come later, but not now. And just because you say it to each other doesn't mean it's real. I've seen it tossed around without meaning a thousand times and admit I've even done it in the past just because I could. Saying it doesn't necessarily mean it.

First of all myspace is stupid. Second if he is saying it to you then thats all that matters. Just make sure he actually means it
