Ok i need help and im really confused!?!?!?!?

I have been told that if i create myspace i am likely to get spyware. I dont know how to check if i have spyware,dont want spyware and kinda want one but dont want spyware. If i get a myspace,add a background,and a survey how likely am i to get spyware or a virus!?!?!?!? like 30 i have mcafee and a firewall on my computer

You get Spyware from everywhere, Your Anti-Virus and Firewall, are good as long as they are up to date, but for spyware you should install Adaware SE Personal its free, Xoftspy another great program for getting rid of spyware and also I use Spybot Search and Destroy, if you have these programs run them everyday and delete whatever they find. They can be used either automatically or manually, I just check manually. Do you have SP2? if so download Microsofts Window Defender its meant to work, I have it but its never found anything on my comp yet, but Xoft and the others do. Cheers
