Needed an opinion?

i have seen two survey sites that im not sure about. the first one is on a site called consumer-rated....its called paid surveys.tv and the other one was refered by a myspace friend and its called paid surveys etc does anyone know anything about these 2 companies? will i make some spare money or is it not worth my time?
