i have a 20gb iPod and when i press the menu button, an apple pops up on the screen for a few seconds and then shows me a sad looking iPod icon with a website address below it... i went to the website but it didnt help... can some one help me out please??? www.myspace.com/Selah06

It means it crashed. Your best bet is to take it to a Apple store and have them fix it they will do it for free.
