Mac help?? please?

When I clicked on some pictures from my myspace, they loaded onto my computer, and I don't want them their. When I search images in Finder, they come up as icons. How do I get them off. Dragging them to the trash can thing doesn't work. Please please please help!? thanks :]

After you drag them to the trash, you need to empty the trash.

It is under the Finder menu.

Try clicking on the pics (you have to do them one at a time), then in the menu bar go to edit then click on delete and it should do the trick. It works on my ibook!
