Corrupt C:/ drive?

Earlier today I redid my myspace using codes from lovemyflash.com or something like that. Anyway, ever since, I've been getting these really annoying pop ups. I've been trying to fix it and stuff with Windows Defender. Every time I did it told me to restart my computer. And every time I logged back in there was another/the same problem. So I finally just gave up and shut it down and left it alone for a while. I just came back to it and when I booted it up again I went back to Windows Defender which told me that there was another/the same problem. Then I got a horrible warning message along the lines of "a program has corrupted or altered Windows Explorer and is thus too dangerous to contine running. Press OK to terminate." I pressed OK (for there was no other alternative). Since then my computer screen is lacking of its icons and start bar. I'm still connected to the internet and too afraid to start the comp. What should I do? PLEASE HELP! I'm scared to death.

Hi, u should have ran windows defender in safe mode. Now restart in safe mode and disable system restore and run windows defender. The problem should be fixed. Now again the second time restart in safe mode. Remember your OS is still corrupt. In safemode visit http://onecare.live.com and run Microsoft's free safety scanner and that will remove all viruses, spyware, trojans, malware, and registry errors, and try to fix most corruptions. Restart ur pc and login normally. Remove all security software from ur pc except Windows Defender and download these:
