It's not private but this guy makes layouts for people on myspace. If you click on some of the links on there, you can see the layouts he created.
I really love the one on top; "Bleona Qereti"
But what I was wondering is what kind of photoshop is this guy using?! I know it is some type of photoshop to be creating such amazing layouts.

There is really no way of knowing what application he uses, especially no within one brand- he could very well be using Photoshop (a new version like CS3, or an older version) or even another graphics editor.
Sorry- but it's just not an answerable question. :-P
