Vice president is hacking my profile for personal agenda linked to my step sister, can a press charg
I have had myspace profile for 2 years, I have used it to contact my family (brother and father) over seas. I had a disbute with a relative (Step sister) and she happens to be friends with Tom (The vice president of myspace). I had blocked her for many reasons of her misconduct with me. I did not wish for my sister to view my profile. Tom has hacked me and my brothers profile, creating messaging and deleting ones on his own without our approval of it. He has deleting post on my site simply because my sister didn't agree with them. I have tried to get my sister out of my life, now she is using Tom as a tool to instigate between my mother and me and my brother. I don't know what his agenda is ,but it is freaking me out and I want it to stop. Can I press charges? How would I go through this process?
Vice president is hacking my profile for personal agenda linked to my step sister, can a press charges?MySpace is free anyway, so there are no real charges you could press and actually win. You agreed to their rules and the Vice President gets to make the rules. You could just use another site - like Yahoo 360 - that your family could use.
Or create another MySpace account that is more anonymous - use a different email address, etc. Just don't tell the step sister what the new ID is - and ask your family to keep it quiet.
It is very unprofessional of Tom to hack into your account and make edits based on a friendship he has with someone you know. But, the service is free of charge and you have the free will to just dump the account and find another way to keep her out of your personal life.
