Yahoo is f-ing garbage when it comes to customer service. There customer care center does not work and they want to charge $30 to speak with someone for help. I had my accounts hacked as of yesterday. This person has sent me ransom e-mails from my Yahoo account to one of my other alternate accounts. He is demanding me to send him money Western Union for me to gain access to my accounts again. He/she says they have access to all my accounts such as paypal, ebay, etc. i have already closed them accounts. I can no longer gain my Myspace as well as this person has been threating to do things with my account to my friends listed on there. Still waiting on a response from them to close that account. I've already called the FBI and filed a complaint with the "Internet Crime Complaint Center". If anyone can give any info as well on how to contact Yahoo in regards of deleting my account
