How can I stop getting phished and hacked?
2 weeks ago, my account was hacked. I built a new one, and a few min ago i just got a message from myspace abuse that someone had phished my account and I had to change the password...I dont know whether or not that was a scam, but it said it came from tom...so....I dont know why this happens to me. I never do w4w or s4s, but some of my friends do. I only add people that I know, but still i have probs....how do i know when a login page is fake?
How can I stop getting phished and hacked?First off, to differentiate a fake login page, look @ the address bar in your web browser when EVER you log into Myspace. Make sure the address says http://Myspace.com . When you see a fake login, it will say something like http://eidks32di/doiop. or something "phishy" like that. Always make sure that Myspace is the first part of the web address when you enter your Myspace password, & don't sign up for anything on another site that asks you for your password, especially those Myspace profile trackers.

Install them.
Run them.
re-boot in safe mode.

Use the password generator from PC tools, its using a SSL type encryption , so that lessenes the likely to be still phished.
