Help???please with this hacker...i dont no what to do!?

ok i have a myspace and a msn....and there both hacked

and its the same person...who's the hacker

the thing is that i dont no who hacked me??? and i didnt add anyone on my myspace exepet there was tom and this other dood ...that was automaticly on....( i made a myspace the first time) then i signed of b/c i wanted to watch t.v then i went back on my computure then i couldent get in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(and i still cant sign in my myspace) but i can sign in with my msn...

last week i wanted to down load this thing and with out READING the thing i downloaded it was ****** spy ware!!!!! and i am not sure if it has anything to do with it....but i am on my dads computer......sooo i dn......

and my dad is trying to fix my other computure....some plz help?????

oh by the way i hav a new addy for msn but i dont no the hacker nos....but i dont even no who this hacker is or y this person is doing this??????? and i didnt even tell anyone

Yes, the thing you downloaded and the hijacking of accounts are probably related. It's not going to be an easy mess to clean up. You need to cancel those accounts ASAP, do a massive cleaning in Windows (meaning antivirus, spyware AND trojan scans--in safe mode), and if that doesn't work then you're looking at a possible Windows reinstall. And be careful with backups--you may wind up putting the nasties in your backups and transferring them right back if you don't do some cleanup.

run antivirus in safe mode (F8 at boot)

make a new myspace account (you had 2 friends no biggie)

watch out for fake myspace pop ups saying log in

only log into myspace.com (keep an eye on address bar)

Re-install Windows or whatever you have and it will automatically remove spyware :)
