Friends computer keeps getting hacked by her ex...?

my friends computer keeps getting hacked by her ex, we know it is him cause he told us he can hack anyones computer... he gets into her computer and gets in her mail, IMs, myspace... from his computer, he doesnt know the passwords, but still can access them, how do we stop him from being able to do this... He has even put programs on her computer from his... Any advice on how to stop him???

tell her to do this, go to avast.com download the home edition, second click on my computer, view system information, remote, unclick the feature that said allow users to connect remotely to this computer , the one that said allow remote assistance invitation to be sent from this computer,

after doing this, click on the start menu, control panel, security center, make sure that the firewall and all the feature are on, now reset the Internet explorer, the reason that I told you to have an anti virus is that her ex. install an spyware that copies and transmit all she types in her PC every time she connect to the Internet. now she have to assign a pass to the PC., change her pass at her Email accounts.
