Okay, Im going to get a hair cut and color tonight.

Im not for sure what to do even.

My hair is shoulder length, and natural color is

about a brown/black.

I cant to change the color to something kinda girly?

And I dont really want my hair cut to be...really short, but

You can do a heavy bang in the front instead of being side swept, and some kinda 80s inspired layers.

well ur hair is kinda short to have LOTS of layers. You could do some but it might make your hair REALY short. i think ur hair would look good with deep brown highlights and cut into a bob. it's not layered but still noticeable!!!!!!!
