Try searching for free ads on some teen blogs, free ad pages, ezines, entertainment, music, films, dating.There must be hundreds of them, anywhere teenagers go.

As long as you remember to always keep your target market in focus in your advertising you won't go wrong.

You do need to set up an additional credit cardit acceptance, alongside paypal.
