i recommend, download A LOT.

When you download them, save them all to the same folder, and then go to that folder and unzip all the folders. (to do that juss go to my documents, my pics etc. right click the folder and extract) THEN....go to PSP and go to file, and go to import..then custom brushes, now look for all those files u extracted, and put them all in there, and boom, now all u need is some text.. if you type in like free texts in yahoo, you will fina bunch... and now all u need is your imagination and you got it....if you need anymore help, just ask me
