I asked a girl on Myspace that I kind of know for her number to catch up. We'd only hung out a couple of times (she acted like she kind of liked me) and she thought it was funny that I used the phrase "catch up" and said I was interesting, but she didn't give me her number. I sent another message to her, but didn't ask again because I don't want to put pressure on her, but it's been two days since i've gotten any message from her. If she liked me wouldn't she message me sooner than this? I'm not desperate or anything, just most girls i've been with in the past were like that and she's not. Could it be she's trying not to seem desperate herself?

Maybe something happened in her life that has made her a little caught up and hasn't had time to message you. Maybe she is trying not to seem desperate. But no matter what the problem, give her some time. Maybe she will message you, maybe not. If she does good for you, if not then that is something you will have to live with and have to accept.

Who knows. Women send so many mixed signals and they THEMSELVES dont know what they want, so how are YOU going to know? They like you 1 minute, dont like you the next. You just have to catch her at "the right time" and hopefully nail the broad. Good luck.
