First of all, I am an adult and you are a child so I will not go into detail. I think you are a nice looking young man that just needs a little more self confidence. Don't push yourself with girls. You are young. Take your time and be yourself. The girls will notice sincerity and honesty.

You're not ugly and if you mean gawky, we ALL go through those stages. I'm 18 and still a little gawky. It's ok though. We all grow up and out of it and usually become swans.
