Give it some time, and hopefully things will ease off but most of all you need to admit you were wrong (if you believe you were) snd say sorry. It sounds like you and her have more than friendship and I think you both need to clarify what level you are at in the relationship as maybe one of you wants more than the other, therefor the relationship will stay strained.

Find a picture of you 2 together and make a copy of it and buy a card (or make one) and send it to her with something she likes a lot. Forget flowers they die, maybe a new music cd and drop it off to her house and have her parents give it to her.

Know one of the songs and take a phrase from one of the ongs that really do apply and when you and her hear that song you will know how much each other means to another.

Dude go to her house and try talking to her explain that you never meant to hurt her and that you are dying to be friends again as it really hurts not being friends treat to a movie and then dinner and then talk. Just tell her to give you a chance to make it right and not let how many years of friendship go down the drain.
