because a lot of people had a problem with my space, your mom is worried about you and dont want to lose you because a lot of girl are missing from that myspace and they met a wrong guy! ur mom dont want to lose u...some parents prob dont care abt them. or didnt know!... but try facebook.com its prob same myspace. so talk to ur mom and said wut abt facebook.com? its not like myspace that are poplaur...ur mom care about u.... she dont want to lose u...or u can go on myspace without her know...good luck

Let's start off with your age, if you are under 16 your page is private anyway. And maybe your mom has watched those Dateline shows and sees what really is out there besides you wanting to meet new people and do what it is you all do on there. My husband saw his daughters myspace and had a headache for the next 8 hrs. Besides you can find people thru this thing your on right now and to be honest your selection is probably better because you can tell by the types of questions people are asking. Don't be so anxious to grow up, when you do you will pray to go back to the age you are now. Oh and you will appreciate everything you mom is doing now later..
