I often see the same people on there over and over again and I'm even starting to wonder whether MySpace asks those people for permission.

What's with the "cool new people" feature on MySpace?

I'd like to know what's up with that feature, too, and how those people are chosen. I've checked some of their sites, and they don't seem all that cool.
