Picture graphic help please answer quickly?I know a Bulgarian site where in the forums you give a link to the picture and tell what effects and text must be in the picture, then they do everything for you. I posted a picture there and told what are the effects must be and they did it for less than a day.You give me the link to the picture (you can upload it to imageshack.com and give me the link for it) and the effects and texts .Then I can post it in the forum of the site(you don't understand Bulgarian right? I can translate it for you.)
