when you bring up the your home.. to the right of your default picture there is a link that says add photos. that is the upload and changing photo link.

when you click on edit profile you can click on the tabs above the interest edit page, click on music and media... that is where you will change music....

you can also go to the artist's myspace page and click on their songs... there is an add to my profile link... click it and then click confirmation. that is it...
