Help! Someone made a myspace IMPERSONATING me!!! What should I do?

I recently found out a person from my school has made a myspace claiming to be me. The problem is, this happened after I deleted my old myspace. Now they're commenting a bunch of my friends' myspace and leaving rude/inappropriate comments. And my friends think its ME. What can I do to stop this??? How can I delete that fake myspace? Please help!

Write a complaint to MySpace officials. Be ready to provide a proof (i.e. copy of your driver license) of your identity.

put the link to the fake on your site.

and be likee "this isn't me, it's a fake; block&report"

i see a lot of people doing that.
